First real day at my first ever job tomorrow. I'm quite excited!
I say real day because I've had my induction, but I don't really count that as my first day.
I have hella hours for the next 2 weeks though, they've thrown me in at the deep end.

Monday - 11am-8pm
Tuesday - 1pm-10pm

Good luck Jelliot! Let us know how you get on. What are you main duties and stuff? Hopefully you're not just constantly packing shelves or anything!

I actually love packing shelves because I can stop paying attention to everything going on around me and just sing songs really loudly in my head to myself.
Starting in less than 2 hours!!! GL finz x
I was going to ask what you'll be doing but if it's stacking shelves you'll be absolutely fine.
I worked at Morrisons for 4 years? They'll just introduce you to people, the job and then they'll probably just put you with someone to work with. I used to get a lot of the younger ones work with me for their introduction. Most of them really enjoyed it, plus you get to show them the tricks of the trade and what working there is really like ;) haha

Yesterday was really good! I was pretty much working on the salad bits, reductions & waste (yay) all day. Was absolutely knackered when I came home last night. My hands were bleeding in 14 different places because of the cuts and grazes from the crates etc (or as Bolt660; says, "the carrots are too sharp irl")
But yeah, it was a good day & everyone there is really friendly.
