Power Rankings:
1. T: Flawless performances during dinner services throughout the season and has been a team leader throughout challenges. She is a highly determined chef with great leadership qualities. Held her own as Sous Chef.
2. Michelle: Her young age does not prevent her from being a talented chef. Although she makes a few mistakes, she has consistently bounced back and proven that she can handle pressure, as evidenced by her role as a Sous Chef. She is very vocal when applicable, and it goes to her advantage when she has a leading role. She did so amazingly well as a sous chef that Chef Ramsay did not call her up with Nick to step forward.
3. Meghan: A well rounded chef with equal forces in determination, cooking skill, and stamina. She lacks a leadership role as a chef and Sous Chef. Could use improvement but so far so good.
4. Milly: The gentle giant. He does well in challenges, has a good palate, and has enjoyed some success during dinner services. The problem? He can not bounce back from tough situations, messed up 2 humongous plates of scallops, failed to respond to Sous Chef requests, and has lost a great deal of confidence.
Elimination Predictions:
4. Milly (Gets to keep jacket but eliminated before F3)
3. Meghan (Not up to Ramsay's standards but will likely be given a position elsewhere.)
