Do you seem to skip breakfast frequently or are you one of those who live by breakfast?

I need a new cerial/breakfast as I can't stand special K no longer!

What would benefit me more in my quest to lose weight regarding breakfast?

I live by this stuff and it's the only thing I'll eat in the mornings. I like routine so I don't have to think about what I'm doing so I don't think I'm getting bored of it...

It comes in other types too like fruit & nut but I only really like the raisin and almond one.

I never used to eat breakfast but I feel a lot better when I do. I actually make an effort to eat something now otherwise I can get dizzy and would eat crap food throughout the morning. I get bored of cereals so fast I literally have to change every 1-2 weeks or alternate between a few different ones. At the moment I eat sugar and cinnamon porridge because it's yum.

In regards to losing weight yeah it's always better to eat breakfast instead of going without (so you're on the right track). Things with oats or like those bran flakes or weetabix, things like that are pretty good and are healthyish. You could always add in fruit and stuff or yogurt too.

I don't eat breakfast, because I can't keep anything down if I've just woken up.
Anything granola based is fairly healthy though:)

I only eat breakfast if I wake up between like 9am and 10am, coz earlier than 9 makes me feel ill, later than 10 puts me off lunch.

I usually just have some cereal bars & sometimes frosties

I never have breakfast, it makes me feel sick so I tend to skip it, although I do wake up with a cup of tea, so that could count I guess. I know it's meant to be really good for you but it makes the first hour of my day feel worse so I really don't like it hahaha.

oh finally someone else actually takes salt with their porridge

I don't have breakfast 99% of the time though, I have porridge for lunch quite a lot (probably not many people do lol)

I don't really eat breakfast because I'm not hungry when I get up.

I used to skip it the whole time until last week when I moved. I'm trying to force myself into the habit :P I always avoided eating it because if I wat soon after waking up I just feel kinda sick. I normally have toast or Honey Cheerios

I always try to eat breakfast and most days I do - a bowl of cereal and some fruit usually but I do go for crumpets/toast etc sometimes too! The only days I do skip it's because I didn't get up in time... and I'll always take a banana or something to work to eat!

Even for a fatty like me, that's a big breakfast :P

I do try to eat breakfast, it helps to get into a slightly better sleep routine which I find extremely hard with my work because I could be awake at 5am when I really don't want to eat anything but then the next day I could be at work until 3am so by the time I get home and get sleep I'm not up until lunch time. When I can I do eat breakfast but I just try to keep my meals throughout the day at consistent times.

I generally just have something really small for breakfast as I usually don't have much time before work.
