I was watching Lorraine this morning (there is literally nothing good on TV at 8 AM...) and she was reading tweets people had sent in regarding shocking things they had seen drivers doing whilst driving. One person said they saw a woman changing a baby's nappy on her lap...

Nothin' too out of the ordinary, but I've seen plenty of people with a phone in one hand and a cigarette in the other attempting to drive which is pretty ------ stupid.
