Hello Guys,

If you know me well enough, you would know that 2 and half months ago I decided to change my life style and become healthier and more gym orientated and I wasn't happy with my body, especially with my stomache.

The progress photos below show the fat loss I've made around my abdominal area, as this was my area of focus to begin with, and now I am toning my entire body.

But many of you have asked for progress photos in order to inspire and motivated you, and here they are!

These photos show the difference over a period of 2 months. (Abs are tensed in both pics)

The photo above shows the fat loss in 2 months around my ab area, and the muscle development in my back, shoulders and arms.

My eating habbits and gym routines are NOT strict, although the first 2 weeks did begin with personal training sessions, which help me get in the right state of mind. I still continue to eat my favourite foods and have my little treats everyday, but all a part of a balanced diet with a visit to the gym 3 times a week.

For any information, don't hesitate to contact me on the forum! I am happy to help get you motivated!

They are all over the past 2 months, its just to show progression, there was no certain order :) Just one photo shows my progress on my abs when I am tensed, to show muscle development :)

Thank you! Gym buddies help for motivation, but you don't need someone! It took me ages to be motivated, but its the progress photos that keep you motivated!

I wish I could work out 3 days a week and see results

there seems like a surge of gym rats all of a sudden which is good

well done though, seeing good results already!!

Great job - you're doing awesome.

I can't help but feel that gym looks awfully familiar, are you in Essex by any chance Rocklinaz?

So is the progression from left to right - or right to left - or is there no order? :S Confused.

Well done Lina!

I wish there was a gym close by to where I am at the moment. I was into it for a little while last year and would love to get back into it again. Finding the motivation to go is the hardest thing but it's so great being there! It's also tough to keep motivation when you don't see the results but great to see that you're seeing them clearly!

Thanks Phil, means a lot! Motivation is definitely the biggest thing to conquer, its a shame your not close to a gym, maybe do home exercises and buy some weights? :D

Its left to right, but the photo that shows myself being skinny on my upper body and have a fat belly are all how I used to be, the progression photo shows the loss of fat around my ab area and gain of muscle, and my upper body has also got added muscle too :D hope that helps!
