June has flown on by and you know what that means! Another Monthly Events Roundup!

Each month we will have a quick review of all that has taken place that month, reveal the winner of the raffle draw and announce the events player of the month.

The beginning of the month was a bit of a struggle due to a few people being posted away for exams and holidays but we just about pulled through it! The events have been relatively steady through the month with no major drops in activity which is nice to see. The staff in the department has been changing a lot as usual, we now have a stable number of guest and regular events organisers but not many trialists seem to be sticking it out which is a shame to see.

During July we will be aiming to increase the number of staff in the department in a number of ways. Firstly, a few rules are being relaxed in the department and that has been kicked off already by reducing the minimum number of events per week down to just two events to make it easier on current hosts and attract more new hosts! Yesterday saw the launch of the Habbox Carnival as part of the Habbox 12th Birthday celebrations and it will now be run on a weekly basis in place of Avoid Management - so search Meanies every Wednesday at 20:00 BST to play the carnival! We will also be focussing on getting some new weekly events out this month so that we hopefully have one for each day of the week.

We love it when you all come on down to our events, so we want to reward you even more! Each month we will select one user who we think deserves the crown of events player of the month. To earn yourself this title you will need to make yourself stand out to Events Staff within Habbox Events. There are a number of ways you can achieve this, the main one being just turning up and taking part in events!

You might be wondering purpose this actually serves? The lucky person who is chosen as events player of the month will win the fabulous prizes shown below:

We are now into our third draw for the Raffle Ticket winner and the interest in this prize has remained almost the same as last month! 70 players chose to take a Raffle Ticket as their prizes in events, all of whom can be found on this link (http://habbox.com/#/Scoreboard/view/rafflejune15). They have all been allocated a number as shown in the spoiler below and this months winner is displayed at the bottom of this post!

A little section for you number lovers now.. in this section I will review the staff numbers and events hosted over the month!

We currently have 14 members on the team which is 2 more than we had this time last month, along with two new applications received for review! If you would like to be part of the events team, check out Habbox.com/jobs for all the information you need.

We have had a little change behind the scenes this month which means our weeks now run from Monday to Sunday rather than from the 1st of the month, so I'll outline the number of events hosted over each period below!

1st to 7th - 25 events
8th to 14th - 13 events
15th to 21st - 24 events
22nd to 28th - 21 events
29th to 30th - 4 events

That gives a grand total of 87 events this month, down by around 40 on last month which isn't good to see, but hopefully it will rise again through July! Many thanks to all of our Events Hosts and also to all of you who come along and take part in our events!
