Ok, so this is a bit of a weird one and I wasn't going to post, but I have this fear of doctors so I'm hoping you take this seriously. It's acutely embarrassing, but I'll explain anyway.

I've been having this episode, where down below is very sore and itchy to touch. At first I thought it was just the heat, but now it's become much more unbearable. I've tried things like cotton underwear, but it's not helping. If you weren't aware already, I haven't had a man in my life and welshcake hasn't been home in over 2 weeks. This is a recent thing. It looks like a rash, slightly raised (maybe an ulcer) and very uncomfortable as there is a burning sensation. I don't know what to do, do you know of any home remedies to help me?

I actually got that after a trip to Wales. I went trekking around the valleys as I know some relatives there and I really needed to uh, relive myself. So I did my duty and let fireman sam and bob the builder do their things and got some leaves from local wildlife. Ever since then it's been hard to touch and I'm just worried about what this means for me and if I'm now infertile.

I have had this happen before, right down to blaming the heat and believing it to be a sweat rash, but upon further inspection (by a doctor, as it became truly unbearable as you say) it turned out to be a mild case of thrush, which although being an STD can stem from non-sexual triggers such as untreated abrasions and poor genital hygiene. Typically a set dosage of cream treatments is enough to sort the problem, but if it persists beyond the normal period then it might be time to get your marmite fanny blasted by a special dermatologist and in future refrain from using any bread products in your solo sex life

I told you about the bread in confidence to be honest, FlyingJesus. Please edit your post.

You might have a urinal infection I recommend you to see your doctor for the proper medication. Don't worry every girl has it. Do you have a lot of flow coming down?
