You need more ''definition''/shading on the dress to show where the breast area is - as right now it just looks like the dress points out at the side randomly.

I'm going to be brutal here and just say your shading sucks, as I have said previously but you just seemed to have ignored. You should not be using brushes to shade when doing pixel art. In doing so, it begins to look blurry and lacks finer details. You seem to not use brushes/gradients on some pieces, but end up with what almost looks like pillow shading but ultimately, the light source is very inconsistent (I first noticed this in the 5th one down). The line art is, again, decent for the most part but there are some dodgy proportions (line the arms/hands in #7 or the legs in #8) and still some areas that need work (such as the elbow on Bre Chandler, though her proportions seem off too).

TL;DR: Work on your shading (and do so by hand if doing pixel art).
