If so, do you use App/pedometer/fitbit/SmartWatch to do so?
I use an app on my phone and I've found it pretty effective at trying to challenge myself to walk more each day. I currently aim for 10,000 but quite often I do 15,000 steps a day.
If you're on Android use the app just called "pedometer" it's pretty neat.

I want one of those machines to track my steps, seems fun to do
Nope but really want a Fitbit!
I use this android app called Fit. It works just like any. I usually do about 10,000-12,000 steps a day.

I used to use an app but it rips my phone battery like crazy so I deleted it. Was nice though to see and challenging myself

S Health tracks my steps without me even needing to ask it.
Usually do around 6000-9000 steps a day, some days do 17,000/19,000 when having worked out or gone clubbing.

My Apple watch records that I do around 13,000 a day when I'm working which seems alright.

Yeah I'm a bit obsessed with tracking steps and fitness and sleep and things and seeing how it affects my moods and things. I have a pedometer but I've lost it ATM so the health app on my iphone usually does it for me!

I used to use an app on my phone from time to time when I was working in a warehouse and it was interesting to see how many steps I was actually doing considering I was on my feet for 9 hours of the day constantly walking about and climbing ladders etc. I can't remember what any of the readings were and no longer have the app but it was surprising how high it was!

Yeah I have a pedometer on my phone and I aim for 10,000 a day. The most I've done in a day is 32,000.

Yeah S Health on my phone does it automatically. :)
I don't track mine but I know quite a few people that do. It's becoming more and more popular.

Yes I use a fitbit, it does motivate me to be more active but I love being able to look over all the statistics and see how they change.

Yes I do! I've started using myfitnesspal and it does loads, counts calories, tracks steps etc, it's really useful and even has a barcode scanner where you can scan food packaging and the information will usually come up with the foods contents etc x
my iPhone and Apple Watch track mine automatically

A lot of people in Morrisons do because we walk and run around a lot. I did start but I was scared of having my phone on me in work!
My phone track it automaticly, i walk between 8-11k steps a day in my vacation. will probably double up when i start school.

I used to, though I don't think I would now as my job is sedentary and I sit on my butt all day.
I don't think I'd want to see those results.

No I find it pointless. I had a fitbit charge hr and a jawbone up 3 and they all suck. I don't find counting steps useful either since it doesn't mean much and half the time it is inaccurate. BBC/Channel 4 did a documentary on it and it showed how inaccurate those trackers are.

I've never really seen the appeal in counting my steps.

No I don't - I can do it on my 3DS, but you specifically need to put it in sleep mode so the battery won't run out when you're walking. Ain't nobody got time for that.
