Banned.. for being a bot?!

So I logged in to my account Mr-TrainorSAFE only to find the message:


You have been banned for this reason: "This account has been engaging in suspicious bot like activities. Please contact player support for further information." until Jul 27, 2027 12:56:18 PM


Which I just find absolutely ridiculous. Has anyone ever been banned for this reason before? Is it likely to have been an automatic ban caused by my activity or something? As it's my safe account, I tend to log in for short periods of time to check the marketplace and sometimes trade between my main account (Mr-Trainor) which I've explained to them. I should hope that I will be unbanned without any implications on my account, but I've heard people in the past having lost all their furniture upon being unbanned.. is that a potential outcome? :Slant:

Oh no, i wouldn't think they would rid you of your furniture and it does not state they can do that in there rules and what not so id presume they are not allowed.

tbh it never pays to be greedy ;) i only have 1 alt cuz i cba load 1000 accounts even when the balloons were worth something. also im never gonna strike it rich on habz this way cri4me

Why make them tradeable in the first place

if im not wrong someone was messing around and loading up thousands of clones to trade over balloons they are interlinked with the botting and 13k users online in some way

but in the end habbo just decides to give out perm bans to whoevers trading balloons and also multiple alt/storage accounts

yeah they've had this problem for a while IIRC, people logging on to just trade quickly do look quite suspicious cos I guess thats what black market sellers would do?

Hopefully they'll unban after your explanation though!

Yeah I did trade my balloons from safe account to my main account in case it was BC/Hc subscriptions.. Don't see how there's anything wrong with that though, seeing as it was their decision to make them tradable in the first place!

Basically there's a script tool that's allowing people to create hundreds of accounts at ease, making them able to gather hundreds of Habbo 15 balloons to sell or trade to their real account.

You have been suspected of that for trading balloons from one account to another, and have been banned.

I'm sure if you appeal it they may see it was a misunderstanding :).

Most of the time yeah they take ages.... I've been trying to access my old old account from 2007, they didn't send me an email to request lost password and it was the correct email, they don't know what to do haha..

One problem I noticed during the merge was that if you had a habbo.com account with the same email as a habbo.co.uk account (or any other english hotel other than uk) then one account might have not merged at all.

I almost lost my entire UK account because of this issue - but a simple fix was changing the US account's email, which then allowed the UK one to merge.

Not sure if that's any use now of course

If you didn't merge your account by a certain time period to habbo.com it was deleted with no way to recover it.

However if you were a part of habbo USA you didn't need to merge any of your accounts, as that is where all the hotels were merging to.

Unfortunately there's no way to get it back. They gave users a year to merge their accounts and sent emails to the accounts that weren't merged. You won't get it back :(.

To be honest, they probably can get it back but they won't do it :P

I swear... smh from mods. I gotten banned aswell for "Promoting illegal copy of retro" I'm like. Thank god I got unbanned.

I was banned under the same circumstances. I logged into my alternate ID and went through all of my old accounts, some of which had not been logged in to for nine years. I was banned on both my main ID and the alternate one. "Emma" from Habbo customer support emailed me back just a few hours after my appeal on the 30th that I was unbanned but she actually did not unban me and I've now been waiting on her response since July 30th...

Anyone have any idea how long it takes? This is getting ridiculous how long it is taking - afraid that they will pass the 6 month mark messing around not responding and then I will not be able to be unbanned at all..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
