In an interview for the site God is a Geek, the CEO of Sulake Antti-Jussi Suominenm revealed that big news are coming this year.

"As it is our 15th Anniversary, there are lots and lots of exciting things planned beyond the 15th August and the mega-prize. We have a MASSIVE new game feature coming in around Halloween, we can’t say what it is right now, but it is a game-changer. Watch this space."

I don't see much "improvement" other than: Did you know when you get muted now you can't: change motto, change stickies, send private messages, can't log off one account to go onto another, or send a room invite to talk to another person.

'Hotel' was dropped in 2006. As for mutes, that's a new development (past year) and really works quite well for the majority of the time.

It's almost always mobile related. And now that they've just released Habbo for Android, I think it might just be a new mini-game for that or something.

Well, if they're still using Flash rather than HTML5 then they definitely will join the internet graveyard because no modern browser will be able to play it.

Also, the scary truth is there are plenty of people still *playing* habbo, just on retros (some retros are still getting 1-2k everyday.) So, there's still the same amount logging on to a habbo-type client 6 or 7 years ago just a lot of them moved to the underground rather than the legal client.

I think the likelihood is that it's going to be the ability to edit furniture in one way or another.

I'd like to think it would be a 'Furni Builder' but that would be far too difficult to moderate and would get out of control easily.

Macklebee; was in the help desk a few days ago and stated that they are just waiting for Apple's consent for whatever it is because they do want it to be for the mobile/tablet version too. He also said it isn't voice chat because it'll be too difficult to moderate

Sorry to disappoint. Like they always seem to, but did anyone read the blog showing the "game changing feature" looks like an alien spaceship. No old games, no new games, nothing special that's for sure. Definitely NOT something that's 'changing the game' by looks of it:

I think crafting is a pretty good update personally. Obviously it is in the very early stages, so there isn't all that much we can craft, but this can open up a whole new world of possibilities. Potential to be a really good feature.

Practically making it even more similar to Minecraft by looks!

They brought out a crafting altar that you really couldn't do much with until they released the other furniture to go with it and it seems they never really carried it on.

The concept had potential IMO. They really should have kept it going but maybe used it to create more unique furni.

Also should have cut down in crystals, with so many ppl with multiple accounts, most free items become worthless a day later
