You pay for what you get, You don't pay you don't get :). Habbo are limiting you to 100 friends? I barely have about 20ish close friends, Although I am HC I don't need these 500 places for my friends and anyway.. People were buying HC and not getting the benefit of it.. You don't need to have somebody on your friends list to be there friend :).
