View Full Version : I cannot recieve Habbo emails

So, I've been trying to get in touch with the Habbo helpdesk for over 3 months now but they just hang up my calls and I thought they were ignoring my tickets until I found out I also didn't receive the 'forgot password" emails.

I did see a few other posts about this when Googling this problem and there seems to be a problem with hotmail.com and live, however even when I did add Habbo to trusted emails I'm still not able to receive the emails.

Any other ideas to get in touch with the Habbo helpdesk to maybe even change my email adress or just my password or even better being able to receive emails form Habbo again!

=bxd; are you using Habbo.com or ex.habbo.com for your password forgot emails? It's very rare that the emails come through on 'Habbo.com' since they created the new layout, if I ever need a password I use ex.habbo.com it comes straight away if there's an email linked to it.

Email provider? Very old providers (hotmail, live, ymail, rocketmail, ntl, etc.) won't receive mail from habbo no matter what you do.

My advice would be to open a new email account (preferably Gmail) and to create a habbo account with it, then head to https://help.habbo.com/requests/new and log in. Once you're there click submit a request and fill in as much info as you can about your habbo account. Whilst they'll send you emails about the ticket, you'll also be able to log in via the link, check your tickets and reply to them on-site.

Sadly I'm a Dutch player so that'd be habbo.nl but I was so desperate or options after 3 months I just gave it a shot.

As it's habbo.nl the URL for a help request will be http://help.habbo.nl
