Streaming iPad camera to a computer/tv

Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this is possible:

Basically for a show at work we want to demonstrate waterproof bags, so we are putting an iPad in this bag an placing it in a fish tank. However I want to know if it's possible to have the camera app on the iPad open, and then it stream to a tv or laptop?
Im sure it's possible but I can't figure it out!
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Yeah, also did a google search and found I can use airplay and we have an apple tv
