Evening,

I have around 5000c to spare on a new project.

I am after some ideas on what to establish/create/design. Whether it is, an Agency, Maze, Community Lounge, anything at all.

Please just some ideas :)

For a good maze I don't think 5000c would be sufficient - that's just my opinion though!

Agency would be a waste of time and money, unless you're already known within them & would be able to convince people to join you.
5000c would probably just about cover the wired for a maze, so unless you plan to build out of 100% builders club for that, which would be tacky, a maze isn't the way to go.
Community lounges are already established and people are unlikely to switch from their regulars.

If I were you, put the coins to a better use. Trade them, profit with them and build uip your wealth some more, then maybe focus on a project.

If you want to delve into roleplay then a recreation of a real life institution will be your best bet. Richard! currently owns an active hospital so that's a no-go but the beach that Travis owned is all but dead and food/drink places are sparse nowadays if you'd like to create something to rival things that are already established. Honestly though, I'd go for airport, people have really been crying out for one recently.

Alternatively you could become an investor in either -Yukee's auction or Rixle's/Tiny-Cypriot's newer auctions and make money doing nothing.

I'm still wracking my brains right now. I haven't much experience in designing, so I think I'm going to struggle on that side! If anyone would be kind enough to pop down and see what they think, a reward in credits would be an option.

It was more opinions on what to build, and then if a room was decided, you could also assist with creating it.

All I do on Habbo is profit. I have made more than that in much less time before. It all depends on what you buy, how much and how quick you sell it.

im not saying its hard to profit. i dont really play habbo much and my main way of profiting is pretty much buying/reselling through mp cause it requires little effort and attention. im just intrigued as what someone sells/buys that can make 2k in a day? would love to know that secret :)

I basically buy anything and everything. I tend to go for things I do know sell quickly. I buy for as cheap as I can get and only sell for -1 mp price, I don't do deals or anything as they do sell without giving out deals aswel.

That's pretty much my secret. :P
