This is a popular Pokemon fan based RPG, the main one I play. What makes this game special, compared to other ones out there, is it's diverse selection of features. Let me explain how it works.

You start out with a starter of your choice, like Charmander or Pikachu for example.

Battle Area; This is what you call story mode. Here you may battle trainers and Pokemon to advance the plot. There are 7 storylines to complete, which get harder as you progress. There is no game exploration like in the actual video games and other RPG's.

Battle Mechanics: Although your Pokemon start at a low level, gaining experience is relatively easy, and thus easy to train a team. Status effects are non-existent. Everytime you win a battle, you gain experience, Platinum Coins(IG money), trainer exp, Happiness Points(which can be traded for stronger moves at the Move Tutor), and Moon Points(more on this later). You can get lots of these by going to your profile page and clicking "Battle Yourself". You can also recover hp by using the concentrate feature, which trades mp for hp.

Legendary Areas: This is where you can catch pokemon, find legendary pokemon, mega stones, and plushies. These area can be searched by clicking a button that is programmed to move after nearly every click. When you finish one map, another is unlocked. In addition to finding legendary pokemon, you have a small chance of being able to catch secret map legends, which are extremely rare. You start out in Jirachi's Park, and finish in Deep Mewtwo's Cave. You can also search on a map called Moon Gaze Mountain, which is updated with a new pokemon bi-weekly.

Mines: These are similar to maps, except you can only find a few special pokemon. Every time you mine, you obtain shards, with each mine having a set variety. Shards can e used in the mining shop to upgrade your pickaxe and buy rare pokemon.

Minigame Center: You may play 3 minigames to earn special points that can be used to buy rare pokemon. Minigames are as listed: Pokemon Slots(Like casino slot machines), fast typer, and Whack-a-Wobbuffet.

DNA Center: While searching maps, you will find DNA's. These can be used to revive(obtain) pokemon, provided you have 3 matching DNAs and a set number of platinum coins.

Rock Trade-in: Also while searching maps, you find rocks. By blending colored rocks, you can earn pokemon. The more you blend, the rarer your prize.

Awards: This displays your IG achievements. They are classified as: Pokedex, logins, legendary ares, mines, and moon awards. Around every 5 awards obtained, you get a prize pokemon.

Referral Center: By referring people, you can earn referral points that are used to buy rare pokemon.

Plushies: These are a cool new feature that let you select pokemon to use as an avatar on the chatbox. There are also legend, shiny, and shiny legend plushies. Plushies can be leveled up by earning AP, which you can earn via battling. AP is what makes a plushie valuable, and can also be used to buy plushie backgrounds.

Moon Points: These are also known as prize points, exclusively used at the moon shop. With moon points, you can buy exclusive legendary areas, DNAs, moon awards, items, and special avatars for your profile. It may be a good idea to buy the Omega Charm, the staple training item. Despite the expensive price of 5000 MP, it increases exp, and substantially increases attack and special attack power on level ups, but drastically lowers special defence and greatly reduces platinum coins and trainer exp gained.

Promotional Pokemon: Usually changed about every 2-3 weeks.

Daily Prize: Self explanatory. You can earn PC's, pokemon, items, and moon points - once a day.

Chatbox: Known as cbox, where people chat.

More to come soon: Intermediate, and expert guide.

If you're into Pokemon it probably would be fun for you. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to the actual site, but if you google Pokemon moon then it's the top link.
