So.. I used to browse this site back in 2003 when I was super into habbo and I met loads of mega cool people, I was active on here and on habbo for a few years, but when I got into high school I guess I just grew out of it. I find myself missing it though now, and being bored with loads of time on my hands after work I've tried playing habbo again. It doesn't seem the same though, there seems like nothing to do now? What do people on habbo do now a-days? Is there still a economy? Do people still do games and casinos? Is it mostly younger people or are their any people my age (early 20s) who still play?

People go on and ask girls for cams these days. Casinos have been banned as it was encouraging 'gambling'

that sums it up well Nick hahaha. I think channel 4s news thing actually shed light on what easy access peados have to young people so now it's just ransacked with sweaty old men asking for a cam whilst pretending to be a 14 year old boy

There's a lot of younger players nowadays and they seem to get on quite immature as well. I really don't play as much anymore. When I am on I just hang about in Habbox rooms.

I used to own a Casino.. Never once did I gamble... We played games of (for example) who could get closest to a chosen number without going over it in 5 rolls or less... and because it's such a hard task to do, us Casino owners/players were so astonished that we felt the need to reward players with such skill; a token of appreciation if you will. None of this gambling business.

I agree though, there seems to not be a lot to do around Habbo these days.. Not sure if it's because Habbo has got boring over the years.. with them banning Casinos, they lost a lot of old-time players, I'd assume most of them were around the ages of 20-30 years old too, so with that went 90% of Habbo's maturity levels. OR, perhaps it's plain and simple and Habbo is not boring due to the fact I'm too old for it now.

Who knows.

I've never seen a casino like that over the decade or more I've played (although I wasn't around in 03) It's always been about gambling - that's how most people made money on habbo. It was always allowed for years but was sadly banned 1 or 2 years ago :(.

There's lots of new things to do -- wired for example. The function of wired is to program your rooms / games to act in a certain way, you can create amazing things with it.

Although I agree, habbo just doesn't feel as good as it used to :(

Forgive the Internet, it's hard to portray sarcasm on it.. I was describing "Blackjack" and merely describing the game "Blackjack" and that if someone won "I would reward them for their skill" - (I lost, therefore would owe them furni/credits) aka Gambling lol

People just tend to relax and roleplay a lot
I am mostly online, not always active but I tend to hang around Habbox rooms
