I watch a fair bit of Comedy Central when I'm at my dad's because it's usually Friends all day which I can sort of ignore as background noise, but they have a LOT of adverts and obviously a lot are for comedians. I like a good chuckle of course, but some "comedians" just don't seem funny at all to me and are actually just really annoying, and I assume other people feel the same even if not about the same people.
SO WHAT COMEDIANS ARE THERE THAT YOU THINK HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL THEMSELVES COMEDIANS?

My list: Adam Sandler, Amy Poehler, Amy Schumer, Dave Gorman, Joe Wilkinson, Lee Evans, Nina Conti, Tim Minchin, whoever those people in Broad City are, anyone with a beard

Lee Evans just really annoys me. Sarah Millican to a point too as she just makes jokes about her female parts.

Can't agree more he winds me up far too much. I also hate that laddo who was on the I'm a celeb panel last time not the one from eastenders or corranationstreet

Rob Beckett or Russell Kane? I can't stand Russell Kane either.

Ditto on both of these, although I can tolerate Sarah, whereas Lee makes me physically sick.

Inseriousity.

I love Amy Poehler. love parks and rec<333

Zoe Lyons I think her name is. She's been on Mock the Week a few times and I don't think I've ever laughed at anything she said.

Frankie Boyle. Unpopular opinion, no doubt, but he's just a caustic **** as far as I'm concerned.

Also can't stand that Romesh Ranganathan guy - I've yet to see him do anything funny.

These two are the two I dislike the most. Romesh, like you said isn't funny at all and I find some of his 'jokes' to be racist.

I dint really like many comedians, I do like Peter Kay and Lee Evans though. Another I quite dislike is Michael McIntyre :/

I can watch Lee Evans for about half an hour before he annoys me.

I really don't like Frankie Boyle and the topics he talks about, not a huge fan of Russell Howard either. Also I immediately dislike any "minority" comedian who almost exclusively uses jokes that if told by a white person/man/other majority would be branded as nasty and racist/sexist/etc.

Not really a fan of any comedian who just rinses and repeats their topics of jokes, be that something about them being male/female/black/white etc. or simply something as simple as dick jokes, but I guess that falls under being male. I'm also not a huge fan of the one liner comedians like Milton Jones (I think that's his name anyway).

Oh yeah one-liners annoy me too, Tim Vine etc it's like great well done go write a joke book but it doesn't make a good show

definitely feel alone here when i say i like/appreciate almost all comedians. cannot stand when people take their character comedy to the stage though, people like mr bean, lee nelson, keith lemon and sacha baron cohen come to mind. stick to film/tv.

omf yes definitely, that Angelou Epitheloelouspoualbaplqmegusta guy and any others who demand that people play along with their character on panel shows and stand-up are just cringe

Frankie Boyle - I can't stand him. Someone who believes the only way to be funny, is to be insulting.

Sarah is probably the only female comedian I would keep watching.

My list: Russell Brand, Russell Howard, Jack Whitehall, David Mitchell, Charlie Brooker, Lee Evans and Lee Mack. Especially Mitchell and Brooker.

My favourite comedians would be Joan Rivers, Roy Chubby Brown and Rory Bremner. Keith Lemon can be funny too and a few others ie Paul Merton, Simon Amstell.

yes I know what you mean. I loved Miranda as a TV show but she's done a tour and recycled a lot of the jokes she'd used in her tv show sometimes even word for word which I was really disappointed by.

I love any and every kind of comedy though so other than that I can't think of anyone I dislike. Sometimes some comedians jokes fall a bit flat on me but that doesn't mean I dont enjoy most of their other stuff
