Now they're saying that is untrue. I have no idea what is going on and people on Twitter are saying the German Interior Minister doesn't seem too clued up either.

Apparently the Hanoverian Police Chief said it was and something but now they're saying untrue. But other reports are saying someone has been arrested at gunpoint in Hanover so idk. It has been confirmed though by French intelligence services that there's a ninth attacker from the Paris attacks (think he is on the run too).

Assuming, of course, that it is a refugee. Which it might not be (given what happened in France). In which case Merkel should go no where.

Also, seems like a threat for nothing at the moment - of course, that may change - but right now, seems just like people being scared after Paris. Not suggesting it isn't a genuine threat though - I'm not there, and I'm not part of their interior ministry :L

Normally a chance of an attack so close after another attack is very unlikely. Why? Security is on high alert so they do not risk foiling their plans. It is easier for them to attack or plan an attack for when people go back to their normal state of mind.
