How much do you usually spend on a night out and what on?
I'd say I spend around £25 average on a night out but depends which bars I go to. Standard i'll be paying like £3.50 for a double and taxi might cost like £4 for my share of the bill. Recently though i've been going more expensive places so maybe £5 per double with the cocktail at £7ish thrown in.
So what about you?

i often went out with £10 which was enough for the club and a mcds after... usually try not to spend more than £40 now.
I don't understand how you all spend so little
in town, recently I've been spending about 60 and been getting home pretty sober. Swansea i always spend over a tonne but it's pretty expensive there

Normally about £50-60. If I'm in London then at least £100, last time was closer to £150 plus food and train fares on top.

I don't go out much, and I would probably spend less than £20 including food at the end.
Too much :( although recently I've been quite good, making the most of pre drinks
I normally predrink and then I trake €40 when I go out.
€20 would get me into the club and buy myself and my gf a drink or two.
€10 aside for food after and then another €10 for the taxi
If I have left overs, which I normally do, I'd just use it for lunch or a breakfast roll the next day

Do you guys like not drink or is it so cheap where you live? It's like £6/7 for a spirit drink where I go.

wtf i dont get how you all spend so little
a normal friday night out costs me like £120+ and i dont even go clubbing
At Uni I only buy like one or two drinks out cause I'm normally dying from the cheap rat poison vodka the shops sell :)
But back home I could easily spend 50/60 MIN. Sometimes close to 100.

£3.50 for a double spirit and coke in my main bar, £2.65 for the same in another fav bar
cheap as chips. its usually cocktails which push it right up which are like 7 quid each for a proper one not just a tropicana and vodka 'cocktail'

It varies a lot!
Depending on;
Where I go out
How many predrinks I've had
What day of the week it is (special offers etc) - £1 shots FTW!!!
What I feel like drinking that particular night
Level of generousity that night (I am a sucker for buying people drinks) :(
I tend to drink a lot of shots. For example the other night I went out completely sober and was advised to have several tequila shots followed by fireball shots, and I was drunk in no time at all! :P
So far on the nights out I've been on in Cardiff I haven't really spent that much as we've had so many predrinks in flatmates rooms that I tend to only have a couple when I'm out due to being already virtually off the scale drunk. Sometimes I don't even remember going to the actual places let alone the journey home!! so I would say like £20-£30 would be the average really.
Luckily I live a 5 minute walk from the city centre so I don't have to bother with taxi's or anything. Unfortunately the last 3 times I've been out I've ended up puking my guts out and I'm now embarrassingly in 5th place (out of 20) on our flats "Chunder Chart". :(
Thank god I only do it now and again!

Around £10 with luck! I like to have plenty of pre-drinks so I don't have to buy much at clubs and bars.
