Luther - Series 4

Anyone else here watch Luther at all? Series 4 started last night on BBC One. It's such a good show and I recommend anyone who loves crime dramas to give it a go but obviously start with series 1.

i really want to watch luther it has a great actress alison something in who is also in the affair

don't think it's worth watching if you enjoyed the past seasons & liked a certain female character. whilst i thought this season was great & had a creepy story, it didn't actually offer anything new & the 'resolution' it delivered was so disappointing it just made me regret watching this season. felt like such a cheap shot at some characters.

i've never watched any of it!! but ppl have recommended it to me and i seen alison was in it (i think that is her name) apparently she plays such a great character too

if you mean Ruth Wilson's character (who plays Alison in The Affair), the name is Alice Morgan. & noooo, i definitely recommend watching Luther! it's a great series, really well made & has some compelling storylines and interesting characters. i just think you could easily skip season 4. it doesn't really offer anything new, whilst it has a great crime plot, the damage it does to characters really isn't worth it.

SEASON ONE WAS SO GOOD. it's quite crazy though and unsettling at times, the man posing as a taxi driver creeped me the fuck out. loved alice and luthers dynamic, ruth and idris have incredible chemistry and i love martin too. forgot how good of an actor idris was

sort of predicted zoe's death at the end of s1, predictable for luthers development zzz
