Old Habbo or New Habbo?

So I came back to Habbo last week after 5 years and a lot has changed...

Personally I miss old Habbo. I'm not going to complain though as the graphics & safety has improved greatly but there is a number of things that I miss and one thing that I dislike. The achievement badges is what I find pretty annoying as I think there are way too many. However, I guess it can be fun trying to complete the achievements.

Things I miss...

I really miss the old inventory hand and the coin purse with the little flies in. I know they are more up to date now but I really miss them for some strange reason (Probably because they remind me of my childhood) :(

I think the thing I miss the most is when there used to be individual hotels for each country. Also the fact that not as many people play the game as there used to be. They've got rid of a lot of official rooms too :( One being The Lido, bring back the Lido! I used to love that room, going into the little changing room, doing tricks on the diving board and so on.

A lot more has changed than just them few points, but they are the main things I miss.
I'd give anything to be able to go back just for one day :)

So do you guys prefer Habbo now or do you wish it was how it used to be?

back when i first joined in 2009/2010 because it was new and fun but even if i only joined today I would say I'd enjoy it like this because i never knew what old habbo was like.

The days of Habbo during Callie as Hotel Manager were the best.

Best competitions, best drama, best quests, best rares..... everything.

I would say old Habbo, but that could purely be based on the fact I was younger and enjoyed it more because of that.

However, I don't really miss anything and at the moment my focus is purely on talking to people and occasional room design rather than actually wandering around and doing anything I would have done when I was younger.

Old Habbo was more fun but that's because I was younger. Nowadays it's too strict and the staff rarely interact.

My favourite years were 2005-2009. Since then I haven't really been as interested. I think it's just because I'm older now :P

Habbo's security used to be terrible to be fair. I would still prefer 2007-pre-merger because of .co.uk and cashinos

They were good for different reasons, I prefer most of the features we have now, but not how easy it is to obtain a badge and the fact that there isn't a level of uniqueness about them anymore.

I still call my inventory my hand and it would have been better as a hand, but with the amount on too. I miss how you used to 'poof' when you changed outfit and the outrage you got when you 'double poofed' in Costume Change. Overall though, I prefer newer Habbo to an extent.

LOL Uk habbo was amazing even though I was really young and begged my brother to make me an account then
the fact that the quality was terrible made it much better I prefer the old layout and design it had that home
touch feel

I think there were quite a few airports - I used to go in them and try to join in but I was too young and nooby so I just got ignored lol :'(

There are some parts of old habbo that I definitely miss particularly when it comes to public rooms. I really really miss snowstorm and that other one with the different animal heads because I was boss at those and then habbo removed them :@

I joined in October 2002. If I could pick I'd take "old Habbo's" community and put it in "new Habbo's" product.

I guess there's benefits to both... but I definitely miss the old habbo... Especially since I was such an adolescent during those times... gosh good times!
