probably something people are more comfortable with answering so how much, roughly, do you spend a month?
I spend about £800-900 a month on bills and food and other everyday stuff. Most of it is spent on drinking ugh! Sometimes less, depends how much i go out or depends what I buy that month. Minimum is £500 (£1000 for us both) though on rent, bills and food as they are the necessities. Luckily get to split the bills with my girlfriend otherwise I'd just not live and be moving back with the parents rent free!

as a full time student that doesn't even go out i still manage to spend like £400 a month lol... food and clothes are literally all i am responsible for paying for! working some sort of part time job is essential to afford my stupid lifestyle. however a lot of the time i don't ask my parents for my travel/phone bill money back even though i could have it if i really felt the need to
i'd say the reason i spend so much is that my parents won't fund any sort of luxury for me lol so if i want it i really do need to go get it myself. every bit of furniture in my room i paid for n obv all clothes.

£100 general (average) other expenditure - like clothes, jewellery, makeup

Yes I rent a room in a lovely 4-bed house. My best friend rents one of the other rooms and we don't currently have any other housemates, woo!

Just the main bills and payments come to about £850 which covers most things like rent, car insurance etc but doesn't include electric or petrol. Electric works out at about a tenner a week and petrol probably 15-20 a week. Food we probably spend about £200-£250 a month, then if there's anything left we might get a takeaway every couple of weeks
50 quid for rent
im moving in
I spend around 200 a month on food and alcohol. mainly the latter :)

£50 a week board to my parents so £250 a month, then £16 for my phone bill, soon to be down to £10 a month. I think that's pretty much it on what I 'need' to spend on, anything else is generally going out, shopping, having a go on a bingo site/lottery/betting site, which will fluctuate the cost each month.

At the moment around £900 a month. Some months it's more and other months it's less. My main expenses are bills and clothes. Don't go out that often and when I do I spend like £50 and it's literally once in a blue moon unless I'm going out out then it's more.

$150 food and fun :P
I honestly have no idea I need to start budgeting and keeping a note of what I spend
The only money that I know I spend each month for definite is rent and bills, which is around £300 and my phone bill which is roughly around £45 a month. Alongside that there's money I spend on going out, food, transport and clothes :¬:
£100 rent
£30 phone contract
£25 for random subscriptions like netflix, etc
£loads on petrol
probably another £200 on various things like travelling since i'm always meeting up with people.

£600 on mortgage
£150 council tax
£150ish on bills
£100 on food etc
£300 on my car lease
£200ish on going out
£100ish buying things like clothes etc
£100-150 saved per month
probably completely ballsed that up, i don't really keep track. all i look for is that my bank account is growing lol
edit: and just checked that cant even be right as it doesnt add up to my monthly salary oh well

My fixed expenses are roughly $10,950 (mortgage, property tax, hydro, car payment, insurance..) I couldn't/don't even want to guess what my variable expenses would be..
