Weekend break

Anyone going on any weekend breaks or trips soon? Either abroad or at home.

I'm off to London in just under two weeks for about 4 days. Haven't been since like 10 years ago with Scouts so should be good.

No not really, I will probably go to the coast (Bridlington) for my birthday as it has sort of become a tradition now and I love it. That isn't until May though, I might see if we can go for the day in February or something hopefully it'll be a bit warmer and drier then :P.

not really but my mum wants to go down to the seaside for a day so we can take the dog for a nice long walk down the beach

I really want to go back to Italy for a week at some point this spring. I went to Venice, Vicenza and Verona last time I went and I really want to see a bit more of the country.

Not a weekend break but I am planning a trip up to London to meet my godfather for a day probably in early February :)

Yes! I am going to North Wales to be a gog with Sho; tomorrow - Sunday! :D

I'm going to meet Martin tomorrow until Sunday (help me), but I'm not travelling far. Going away for a weekend with my boyfriend at beginning of February too. That's it really. I only get the weekend off work every 3 weeks so I can't go away too often!

Like we're definitely checking out some of the museums, the ice bar (which I'm so excited about omg), possibly the beer factory etc, but need lots of other places to see! :D

We visited mostly the museums when I went because I heard so many great things about them.

I heard the clubs are great but didnt visit any sadly!

amsterdam and berlin seem to be really popular atm for weekend breaks although don't fancy them myself tbh

my Czech mate is back in Prague in the summer and said i can come over and i've never been. just so happens Liverpool airport is starting direct flights to there so i'm pretty excited for that. Gonna visit mate in London in summer again too so there's my weekend breaks sorted x

my friend showed me some photos of when she went and it does look beautiful. hopefully i can afford to go next year and find someone to come with me. when are you thinking about going?

Since Jan ive had two residental weekends away and a hen in Liverpool. Another residental this weekend and then carlingford for a hen. My friend has bought a cabin in Donegal so will be doing that at some point too. Wanna book Budapest!!

Usually spend weekend breaks in London. Would like to go to York though. Lincoln was nice too last year.
