what's everyone's weight plan? how much progress have you had? INCLUDE PICS!

iv put on 6lbs since i began weight gaining (August 2015) but ive had periods of giving up heh. im about 8 lbs from my goal weight :(

weight/measurements before

43.7kg/6stone9. Bmi 16.8. thighs 15.5". hips 31". waist 26". bust 31".

today
45.8kg/7.2stone. Bmi 17.6. Thighs 17.5" (+2"). hips 31". waist 26". bust 33" (+2")


im gna start a mfp and post progress pics when i can.

so ye feel free to use this for your own progress/plan

OT I have a healthy BMI but am close to being overweight, so I'm trying to lose fat and become lean. My current plan is eating clean for 5/6 days a week and doing at least 30 minutes of cardio and strength training everyday.

i've lost 8 1/2lbs since i started losing weight on the 6th of this month. i've set myself a target of 2st, but i wanna lose more than that. i know i'll give up if i don't reach my targets that fast though so i've decided to set it for 2st then when i reach that, i can set another one, etc. i'm over half wat to losing my first stone already though so wooo

don't have anything specific i eat, just try to eat calorie laden carby things and make sure i eat regularly. still have to drink a protein shake to make up my goal of 2200 calories tho :/

in in other news, didn't feel as self-conscious in my bikini today woo

I have no idea how tall you are but I'm not surprised, 6 stone 9 is nothing!

8 stone is certainly a much healthier weight.

Come live with me for a week and I'm sure I'll get you to your goal pretty quickly haha

I'm going to try 'The Body Coach''s 15 minute meal plan thing. I'll get the book for the recipes and try and do it my own way. Now my life is more consistent I want to try and get back to the gym as well so hopefully combined with healthy and sensible eating and the gym, I'll be able to lose the weight I've been wanting to get rid of for a couple of years now.

Ideally I would like to lose about 3.5 stone however I don't really want to 'diet' so I want to try and change my lifestyle.

I don't really want to lose or gain weight, I just wanna be more healthier in general so I'm gonna *TRY* go to the gym and eat better, but who knows if I'll even have the effort to start getting into shape or not, nevermind continue it xD

I've about 10 pounds to lose but finding it really hard. Finally got rid of the christmas chocolates and found my mojo though, so just recording stuff through myfitnesspal. I generally walk around 5 miles daily, and just joined back to the gym after 4 months off. Can't go mon and weds though so really have to force myself to go the other days.

HEY i hate to be a buzzkill (sorry :'() but if you really are losing a lot of weight like that without making any real changes to your diet or exercise regime you must go and visit your pharmacist/GP soon. It's probably nothing and i'm sorry to sound so doom and gloom omg but always better to be safe than sorry :P

I'm very unhappy standing on scales so my plan is to drop a dress size and generally feel healthier. I'm writing down the food I'm eating every day and need to keep an eye on my portion sizes and cut down a little bit slowly over time.

i want to gain weight too. i even have some dumbbells now ill start soon

need to eat more and better but it bores me/i dont have enough appetite to increase calories/good food doesnt fill me

i ate really clean for like 6 months last year and exercised a tiny bit and my body looked better but i didnt track my weight. i did notice my body looked cuter and more toned tho

I used to be around 6 stone when I started work in 2012 and now I'm around 9 stone - whenever I get weighed at the doctors (it's required with a birth control patch as you can't use it if you're over 14 stone) they always tell me I've lost weight! I think work has helped me lose a bit of weight as I'm moving around more and going out in general more. I never plan on losing or gaining weight it just happens, my size is so weird though as I can fit in some sizes in clothes, but the same size at a different shop won't fit me. Although I have 3 pairs of Primark skinny jeans that are the same size - I have to buy the bigger pair due to having wide hips, but for some reason one pair is pretty tight, one is so loose I have to wear a belt with them and the other fits pretty perfect, but slightly on the right side. I don't really have goals, although it would be nice to be more toned.

I really need to lose weight, I want to lose 3st ideally I just need to watch my calorie intake and make better choices like eating less carbs! I went up a dress size over Christmas i literally nearly cried omg

I do slimming world too and had my weigh in yesterday. I'm 4 pounds away from losing my first stone now so I'm aiming to reach that by next Wednesday woo

idk my waist and stuff info but im 5'8 and 125 pounds and my current goal is to lose 5 pounds woo. unfortunately i snack way too much tho so will prob take awhile :P

do u weigh yourself at the same time every day?

i weigh mysel first thing in the mornings without clothes on and stay the same weight :( obviously my weight fluctuates through the day so i get excited if i check through the day and im at 47kg but then next day am back to 45.5 lol

yeah, 5pm every wednesday since that's when the weigh-in time is. i'd prefer to have it done in the morning, but they only do 5pm around here :(

yeah my sister's just reached 3.5 stone and someone in the group got their award for losing 7 stone last week wtf

This is a cute, supportive thread.

I've got a bit too much body fat for my liking, didn't realise how much weight I was putting on during my first year at uni. Atm i'm about 90kg, trying to get down to 80. Was 85ish when was rowing, muscle weighs more than fat etc. I take progress pics and the one I took last night I compared with my first one and i'm pleased with what I see.

Really stepped it up since crimbo where I was relatively relaxed etc. I prep all my meals on a Monday to last me till Friday then at the weekend I am a little more relaxed. Don't allow myself anything other than whats in my prepped meals though because otherwise i'd just demolish everything in sight.

Managed to put on a few pounds over Christmas as my holidays last until February :( so have pretty much laid around doing nothing much! I've been looking into buying an exercise bike since after Christmas and have decided to buy one that welshcake; has, just waiting until I have some money! So hopefully will be back down soon :)

this prob sounds really annoying to some but i weighed myself last week and it came up to JUST SHORT OF 8 stone and i wanna be a bit less. even sure why, probably because i feel like i looked better last summer compared to now. it's honestly a case of toning up rather than losing weight... but i'd love to lose a tiny bit.

saying that, i don't eat healthy at all (i ONLY eat chips and cookies lol) or exercise so i'm actually pretty lucky to be so skinny because a lot of other ppl tht ate what i do would b overweight

Put on a pound on Wednesday weigh-in...

Five up, five down, one up, my weight is like a seesaw haha. I'm going to Slough this week though, where I will be able to diet on steak on potatoes so weighing in on next Saturday. Wanna get down to the 11st range by end of the month. (atm, I'm right at the top of 12st range)

I lost 2kg since Monday 14th which is like 4 and a bit pounds partly because I've been counting calories really carefully (aiming for 1200 a day and normally coming in at around 1150) but also I was so unwell last week I had 2 days where I couldn't swallow solids at all and a couple of days either side where I wasn't feeling myself and wasn't really hungry so I can't take much credit for just being mindful :(

but YAY nonetheless

I was expecting a gain this week actually since I haven't been on plan, so I'm gonna behave this week just in case ;p

good luck on reaching your stone, 2lb is a nice weekly target and it's what I usually aim for~

Put on 20lb in my pregnancy and after having my baby last month I lost 15.5lb, got roughly 4lb to get to my pre pregnancy weight and I want to lose 2-3 stone on top of that, I'm on slimming world and have no motivation this week because it was my birthday yesterday and easter at the weekend

ive given up lol doesn't matter what i do i stay the same weight. getting blood tests soon so hopefully that will give me some answers?? although i did get complimented on my butt the other week so some weight has gone there.

Well pshh I was close to my goal weight for one week and I let that number get into my jead and gained 3 pounds the next week. I feel the scale isn't as important as how you physically look compared to a number.

I need 7lb off, honestly if I'm good I can pull that off, I lose weight really fast when I put my mind to it. Good luck on getting the 4lb though :) :)

i reached a point where i was stuck on -1st 6lb and it was annoying as hell because i wanted to reach my stone and a half and it wasn't happening so i gave up :( i've been walking 4 miles a day since pokemon go is out, though, and i've started eating healthy again too so maybe i've lost but i haven't checked. i'll carry on for the rest of this week and then weigh myself on tuesday i think

I've been dieting since I came home from uni, which was 11 weeks or so ago. I weighed myself at the start and a few weeks after and found out I lost half a stone! I refuse to weigh myself again though because I know it'd get out of hand and I'd get too obsessive and starve myself lol. I'll check in September when I'm about to go back

I've been eating really well so far to be honest, had a few cheat days but nothing too bad. I've cut chocolate and caffeine out of my diet completely and rarely eat anything carby. Most of the time I've been living on meat (mainly chicken) and fruit and veg along with gallons of water haha. My only downfall Is alcohol, but I've limited myself to vodka and sparkling water
