Annoying YouTubers

Out of all the YouTube celebrities I find most of them annoying. They're fake, overly nice (see fake) and say nothing controversial or of any interest. It's all usually just a load of appealing to whoever fancies them and painting a picture of themselves that's as real as I am Chinese. They're also as vain as hell.

Now then, who's the most annoying YouTube personality in your eyes?

I'd have to go with Tyler Oakley. He looks annoying, acts annoying and not once have I ever heard him say anything remotely interesting. It's the same old record of "smile smile be nice to everyone everybody is perfect oh isn't life so wonderful yada yada" as well as the fact he seems to centre his entire life on what gender he fancies. It's so boring it's so ugh. Wouldn't it be interesting if one of them just for once said something "controversial" and put across a good argument and got people thinking about any topic whether it's scientific, philosophical or political. ANYTHING to stimulate some brain cells when watching one of their videos. But then that isn't what the teenage girl 12 to 18 and young gay 12 to 25 demographic is looking for is it.

So who's the most annoying famous YouTuber in your eyes?

Omg I'm obsessed with videos like that. I come across the most disgusting videos whenever I'm on Youtube. I always end up randomly remembering them throughout the day and having mini cringe attacks smfh.

But they have done well for themselves, as many YouTubers mentioned have - as Empired said, they're appealing to an audience.

If you find them annoying, don't watch them. :)

I'm not a massive fan of "youtubers" who shout down their mics without reason e.g. "HELLO EVERYONEEEEEE *does stupid noises*" and the ones who beg for likes, subs etc at the beginning of the video rather than at the end. I have to totally agree with you here - Tyler seem so fake and annoying. He seemed more relatable when he was younger, but now he's trying to be like every sterotypical gay guy and super annoying imo. He really fell off the face of the earth, but hope James Charles goes away too

it's a cycle; funny things happen when one youtuber glances the opportunity of transforming their hobby into a home-office saga. it becomes a shameless pursuit of making their algorithms to have a symbolical orgasm, forcing them to pawn their pride, give up of all the win-win candidness they were known for and adquire a solid formula, personal or not. they buy a 4k camera! their eyes don't blink anymore! high and low pitches, zooms, weird accent to prank the speech-to-text, to tell the robots that this current video has an instability of sensorial material and it's unpredictable so it deserves to be placed at your recommended list! don't forget to say "hey guys" and "bye" (or any equivalents) at the, respectively, first and last seconds of your video.... have a tantrum and make an anti-apology apology video! call me at my cave when this bs is over!

simplynailogical always just seemed like genuine and nice and drama free (which idk I think she still is) but since I started listening to her podcast I'm finding myself getting so angry about the stupid SWEEPING statements and generalisations and how they belittle people so much?? Like they did one about astrology.

Fine, yes I think astrology is BS too but if I was an "influencer" I wouldn't be saying "who can believe this BS". Just cos you also say "no judgement if you do" errr no you're still being offensive to those people

Just feel like they're so out of touch with like, reality... in their political one just like sweeping statements about what the MAJORITY of non-americans think, no actually conservatism to that level is having a resurgence in a lot of countries actually.
