The old rule was removed in the change in September, it's only against the rules if it's continuous and the discussions in them are just one worded answers too. If it does happen it will be watched and moderated if needs be.

I use Facebook more personally, but I don't really use either that much - I generally just browse.

I have Facebook and Twitter. I use Twitter more than anything else and think it's a great platform. I just use facebook to see what my family are getting up to normally.

Personally, I like facebook for things concerning talking in groups and general info...

I love the "quick" posts and the unique humor from Twitter, specially the Brazilian ones, because they are focused on our own daily situations
