I'm guessing somebody messed up with the image rather than it being Habbo. No way they would approve something that looks like it was a JPEG... I would hope not, anyway.

I did look for a better one but the three I found all were that quality
I assume they have all copied each other really

I've just looked and found more screenies of the tux, the separate pieces look odd but they'll look so nice together I think
