Recently we invited a family member in the UK to come out to stay with us in Australia. Now this family member is a bit of a nutcase and is just incredibly odd (same goes for a majority of my family actually) and within 30 seconds came up with all these excuses as to why it was virtually impossible for him to come to Australia for a holiday. His first reason was the spiders and then he mentioned his hate for the heat... (which, let's face it, most people in the UK would jump at the chance of heat would they not?!).

So for this competition I want you to come up with the craziest excuse you would use not to come to Australia but you have to pretend you hate it here. It can be something like the 40 degree days we get or something a bit more ... silly. The most unique one will win!

Sorry I'm used to sleeping during the day and being awake at night, the time difference would see me actually be asleep and awake at normal times and we can't be having that!

sorry i can't come to australia i have urinary incontinence and i need the toilet every two hours, furthermore i am suffering from indigestion and i'm afraid of heights, also i can't leave the home without my pet cat and because it isn't allowed ont he flights which are avaliable i cannot attend because i'll be lonely and have an anxiety attack. possibly even a urinary attack everytime i cry and sneeze because an illness and cold is caused because i don't have my cat by my side to comfort and support me.
