do you like to talk about it? do u comfort eat? sleep?
do you do nothing and let it pass? does it pass?? do you try to ignore the fact ur sad?
do you make it obv when you are sad or do u try hide it? do u cry it all out?
appaz if u fake being happy when ur sad n smile it eventually makes u happier/less sad

ye i comfort eat, especially when am anxious. usually i will blog/tweet or rant to someone when am angry that usually helps.
i defnitely eat a lot and cry and rant to people and go crawl into bed to never leave it again

usually i'll just have a nice big cry and curl in a ball under my covers
or if i'm just midly sad i'll do a painting or in the summer i'll go on a bike ride :')

I swim.... a nice hard swimming set will get rid of any sadness or i just sit and sulk

Sit on tumblr, listen to really sad music and sulk all day. Fun times.

get on with life
I hide my emotions, but when i am really sad or angry, i walk through a forest in the dark for some reason... Why i have no idea, but it calms me down.
listen to music but i do that every day anyway

Comfort eat, cry, watch tv, listen to music, then I snap out of it and do exercise, go out etc!!
usually i talk to someone
make a smoothie and maybe eat choc buttons
sometimes cry
imaybe dance a lil depending on how sad
and go for a nice long bath
and finally sleep ofc

I talk to close friends, or I just cry and let it out and listen to music whilst comfort eating!
Usually get time for myself. I usually listen to music and workout and I usually tend to get my mind off of everything.
