for me id like to achieve these in this order:

first baby: by 27
engaged: by 26
married: by 31
house: by 32

would prefer earlier for all but going realistically (i hope lol)

can I be difficult and explain rather than put ages because it's not exact :(

First baby: after I'm financially stable enough to support one, have a house with room for one, and have a significant other of some sort to share the care for it, but I would like my first baby before I'm 30 because I'd really like two maybe three and I need time!!
Engaged: meh
Married: eh, only bothered if it would iron out inheritance, ownership and tax issues
Buy a house: when I'm on my own I'm only ever looking for a flat, I'll never need a whole house to myself. The second I start thinking about wanting to start a family I'll want a house with enough space though.
