I remember going into primary school near Easter excited because my teacher used to always say that the Easter Bunny will visit. She used to make us all cut up these pieces of paper to make this cute little paper baskets and when we came back from lunch they'd be filled with tiny little eggs! There was actually one year where the Easter Bunny paid us a visit in assembly...

For this competition, I want you to tell me one of your Easter memories!

Prize: 1 Weeks VIP, 2 Raffle Tickets, 15 Rep & 20 Easter Eggs
Each person who enters this competition will also receive 1 Easter Egg

I was there when Jesus rolled out of the tomb, I'm literally that old. Good times, we all had a wicked party

Sure he didn't fly ;).

I remember being on holiday once for Easter, and me and my sister were worried that the Easter Bunny would forget us. Our parents assured us the bunny wouldn't forget and that they had the eggs already as he knew we were going on holiday. That was the year we figured it out :'(.

I've already used my prehistoric brain in the other competition so I'll do a more recent one!

Last year was dead chuffed as I had a couple of decent eggs, planned a nice relaxing evening scoffing my after eight egg that evening.

Only trouble was I had stupidly left them in front of the radiator on a table, and alas they had melted into a disgusting mess. :(

I was pretty much a baby. Or, I was at least very little. And there was an Easter competition where we had to throw an egg and make it land in a hole. I won! Two times actually, and in the same day.. in a row, as I recall. So I won two big (they were big for ME at that time) chocolate bunnies. I can't remember if I won anything else than that, but I THINK it was chocolate bunnies. But I DO remember that I was sooOooOo happy and proud.

'Was in kindergarten and we had to find easter eggs... Me and my friend found the same number of eggs, so we needed to share the first place, the big chocolate easter egg. I was SO angry at her for like a week because i wanted that alone!!

Nothing major but our primary school held a huge easter event where you had to go around and track down eggs and answer easter-themed questions and such, it was kinda fun.

My parents also did the same thing at our house; a mini hidden easter egg hunt, but it was only a small thing we did like once or twice. Still nice though :p

For me, it has to be my 18th birthday. Prepare for a long and winded story...

Came home after celebrating my birthday with my mate by going window shopping and all that stuff, generally hanging out with each other... and I look up at the electricity meter and see on the shelf of it there's a green foil egg... I'm just like, okaaaay, and I keep walking through to the kitchen... finding my sister, mother and brother-in-law there. After decorating easter bunny masks (I went traditional Bugs Bunny style, mum and sister went for flowers, brother-in-law didn't decorate his at all), he went to get his iPad while the ladies explained to me what was going on. I was supposed to go on an easter egg hunt, they'd bought stuff from Waitrose for it... and while I was out they had an interesting chat about the easter egg hunt with my brother-in-law. Apparently he didn't get the concept of an easter egg hunt... he eventually got the gist that he was supposed to hide the eggs because he wouldn't pull any punches about the hiding places. So when I was told that the first eight eggs would lead to clues about where I would be going on the day after, I just instantly got to my feet, went to the front door and grabbed the one I spotted on my way into the house.

The clues I got with eggs:
1; What? [Picture of Ford on a ford]
2; [Scottish greeting of Happy Birthday with a moutain goat]
3; Motorway sign
4; Warner Brothers Logo (figured it out at this point)
5; Studio Camera
6; Jellybeans
7; Pictures of lion, eagle, badger and snake

The 8th one was a 'portkey' card, saying I was off to the Harry Potter Studio Tour, which I got given because I was in tears at that point.

Then the real fun began... I won't go into all the details of what happened but three highlights of the hunt for the remaining 13 eggs:

- Before my brother-in-law said 'go', my sister rushed to snatch an egg that she'd already found.
- I locked my sister out of the shed when we were told there was another egg in there, then when I couldn't find it I let her back in. She just found it when I turned around and snatched it.
- There was a scuffle with all three of us in the shed because he remembered there was a fourth one... which was hidden in a garden glove of all places.

In the end I had 12 eggs, my sister had 6 and my mum only had 2... but we shared them all out anyway. It was fun! And chaotic! And I got to go to the Studio Tour right afterwards which I absolutely loved!!! Got to love birthdays that are around Easter!
