Habbox Staff Colour & Userbar

Hey

When the Senior staff userbar was introduced and the normal staff colour was changed to a lighter green, the userbar was never changed and it looks weird having 2 different shades of green. Can we change that???

I'm not sure if it's for specific user groups or how the change was implemented because it looks like some are the same and some are different?

It's only a really small thing but it's annoying my OCD and would look way better if with Becca the userbar was a lighter green :)

didn't they make a senior userbar? prob just a perms fuck up and becca should have that

articles proof reader isnt a senior role so idk how that worked ?? or is it

I'd be surprised, how would proof reader be confused with senior staff. Either way if she was senior staff with senior perms wouldn't she have the senior userbar? Like wouldn't that be automatic with being ticked as a Senior?

Had to search through a few threads for this as I remember reporting something similar:

Basically, the main staff usergroup was changed to fit in with the new colour and not the department ones as that was going to be discussed whether they were all going to be changed or not (it might just have slipped their mind/not a priority currently as I know laura is away at the moment). That's why you have different colours for people even in the same department! The userbars however, I don't think we're changed, but I'm sure they're easily sorted though to help your OCD :P.

Is Becca not part of the Habbox Staff primary usergroup and that's why she has a Habbox Staff userbar and not an Articles/Department specific one?

She's part of both (I think) - I believe the Articles Staff userbar may say 'Articles Writer' due to proofreader being an additional role in that department which would make sense as to why she has the staff one.

So someone's forgotten to change the colour somewhere along the way haha. All good, thought i'd point it out anyway!

Yeah someone told me ages ago that I hadn't changed the other staff colours and I was thinking about whether to have all the different department user bars or not bother.... then I forgot oops :) :)

I'm only on my phone for a couple days now so I'll make a decision and sort it out later. Becca is probably a different colour because she's in the Articles Staff UG but the main staff one is default?

I know. The little time I've had has been focused on more important things, I'm still considering scrapping all department userbars and just having the one Habbox Staff one as there are very few people who are just in one department (with the exception of moderators here)

That sounds like the best idea, I mean the userbars are visually very similar anyway with the only difference being the text and maybe the icon.
