Very much depends on what I'm angry about, but I will say I (try to) only put that anger on those who have caused me to be angry in the first place. But having said all that, I rarely get angry.
Also your location says United Kindgom btw

Tbh. I get really quiet in real life unless I have a friend with me when I get mad and then ofc i'm like screamin at them "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I'M MAD ABOUT??" And then they give me the look like "wtf do you want now" and then they let me vent yknow. But online I do the same. Or i'll just blow up the Earth and tear people's heads off. Oops. Sorry ahead of time for all the heads I will behead in the future. xxx
I go quiet but will rage about it to someone and get really worked up - not necessarily loud though.
When I get really annoyed I just go quiet, I also don't like raising my voice so have full arguments in a normal talking voice, annoys the hell out of the other person too.
