how do you cope with stress? is there someone you talk to? do you just cry urself to sleep? what do you do to destress urself? is there something you do that calms you down? do you eat comfort foods? stress balls?? smoke? do drugs? etcetc
i find that when i'm stressed i'll sometimes literally just avoid all of my problems and go to sleep which is rly bad because i know i'll have to face them eventually!! i have friends who tell me to talk to them when i'm stressed but i find it so awks although they'll come to me if they're stressed. in the summer if i'm stressed i'll just go on a bike ride or a walk and get some fresh air or i'll even just make a salad to take my mind off my problems. i also find art is really therapeutic so i'll just do some work for my art project because painting relaxes me a lot

When I'm stressed I like getting out of the house and going for a walk. I'm glad thats all I do because it's a hell of a lot better than turning to drugs or booze.

I don't think I've ever been truly stressed so far in life, like exams bothered me but I never got stressed out by them so I can't really say how I cope cos I dunno yet
But when I get mildly stressed/bothered I find sitting alone with my thoughts help
To be honest, it really depends on me for what kind of stress I'm dealing with.
When it comes to study related stress, I find giving myself 15 minute breaks every hour of work I do. Like to get a cup of tea, watch a YouTube video, stretch my back etc. Fresh air does wonders for me, but it might not for you, it really depends I think. I also use http://asoftmurmur.com/ when studying as the effects are really nice. I put them in really love volume and then stick on a playlist on spotify so I have like a song playing with rain in the background and the sound of a coffee shop - really relaxes me for some reason.
Emotional stress, like relationships and friendships and stuff I find totally different and I have to have different ways of coping with it. Firstly, I recommend removing the problem temporarily, meaning turn off your phone or whatever you're using to communicate, etc, maybe take a few hours away for yourself to think about things. I can't necessarily avoid problems because they just loop round and round in my mind, but at least I don't have more stress being added onto that.

BADLY is the answer to your question
When I'm stressed I go do some kind of other work because I hate my long-term health apparently, it's mostly just distracting myself from it.
I think when I'm really bad though I go have a bath as that always chills me out!

I do not get stressed.
if i get stressed bout something i completely avoid it
e.g work

then i think about it n am more stressed cos its closer to deadline or whatever reason
then i sleep

Seems to be a common answer but I honestly don't get stressed

Go for a walk or run when the opportunity arises. If I'm at work or have been doing physical activity, I just sit down and calm myself.

If I get stressed I always do something that I enjoy doing so I don't think of it or I just speak to people I trust and see if they can help out a bit.
