I downloaded this cool app called Pacer which notes the amount of steps you've taken in a single day. Very accurate too.

It's a health application and wondered if anyone used it or would use it. Yesterday I did 7,350 steps and today I am on 9,987 steps.

Anyone else got or using for health?

Not heard of that app but I have Google Fit which does the same sort of thing. Today I've taken 8,363 steps.

I used to have a pedometer but I usually just use the default health app on iPhone now. According to that I've only done 262 steps today but I haven't always had my phone on me so it's probably more around the 1,000 mark. I usually walk around 8,000 steps on average!

I have a FitBit for this, however I use it more as a watch to be honest. I have it all sync through to Apple Health App.

1 step to a normal person is the same as 4 steps to you

I remember in year 4 we all had a pedometer challenge over the weekend to encourage fitness. But my pedometer was broken and did the exact opposite of yours so it would count one step for every four or five I took ;( so sad
