The law has caught up with the killer Beale...
Bobby Beale fonally has to answer for his crimes this week - as he's questioned by the police. Walford detectives are dertermined to get to the truth of what happened, as injured Jane lies in a coma following Bobby's vicious attack on her. The turn of events is a real blow for Ian, who alongside Jane has fought to keep his son's killer secret. Can he find a way to minimise the damage Bobby did when he revealed to the entire Vic what happened on the night of Lucy's murder? "Ian knows that Jane would want him to do whatever he can to protect Bobby," shares our Eastenders Insider. But they have to face that Bobby is a danger to everyone around him. It's not the first time he's been violent towards Jane, and now she's in hospital in a coma. If she does wake up, it'll be to a nightmare!" No one can blame the clan for being deeply distubed by everything they've discovered about Bobby and his dangerous temper. Jane's mum Linda refuses to leave her hospital bedside, and she's horrifed when Ian arrives with Bobby in tow. She believes Bobby should be kept well away from Jane as possible, but Ian won't hear of it. That leads to a nasty clash as Jane continues to fight for her life in the room next door. It's a horrendous time for Ian as he struggles to cope with the fallout from what Bobby has done. Now the police want to get to the bottom of Bobby's claims about what happened to Lucy, and so bring him in for questioning. Although Bobby is still a child Ian can sit in on theinterrogation, it's excruciating for him to have to watch Jan's careful plotting on her son's behalf fall apart. He's not going down without a fight, though, and enlists legal eagle Ritchie Scott's help in fighting Bobby's corner. But given the severity of the boy's crimes, it's not going to be easy for them... "Don't forget, this is a murder case the police were convinced they'd solved," says our Snoop. "Max Branning is doing time for it, and what Bobby reveals could have massive implications for the detectives who arrested him. It's life-changing turn of events for Bobby, but a lot of other lives will change for the worse, too." Poor Ian seeks solance at the bottom of a bottle as the pressure intensifies, and things are setto get very ugly as he struggles to handel the never-ending pressure. At the end of the day, he helped to cover up his own daughter's murder - and if Ian and Jane's friends and neighbours comprehand what they've done, will the Beales have any future in Walford?

After Bobby's arrest, Lauren is determined to clear her father's name...
Bobby's vicious ataack on Jane prompts the return of Lauren this week, and she has only one mission: to get her dad out of jail! Lauren has long known about Bobby's role in his sister Lucy's death, and we last saw her informing the police that the Beale lad was Lucy's killer. But wiith Lauren's claim coming right after Max's sentancing, the police refused yo believe it. So with Bobby now firmly in the frame for the offence, can Lauren free her father? "When Lauren left Walford, she promised herself that one day she'd return to clear her dad's name," our Eastenders Source reminds us. "She was devastated when the police rubbished her statement, but she had to go back to New Zealand - and her partner Peter - with their newborn son Louie. However, with the police closing in on Bobby, Lauren is desprate to get justice." Max's incarceration tore the Branning family apart. With Lauren's sister Abi convinced her dad was guilty, the siblings' relationship was on shaky grounds when Lauren left. Abi wasn't aware of what Lauren knew about Bobby, though - since Lauren chose not to tell her - while Max disowned his eldest daughter when hee realiised Lauren knew he was innocent. So the youngmum has some work to do on building bridges with her loved ones... "Lauren needs all the help she can get if she's going to save her family," says our Spy. "However, first she needs to make amends with Abi - which mean she's going to have to tell her the whole sorry story and spare no detail. It's clear that Abi is relived to have Lauren back, particularly after everything she's been through with Ben recently. But will she be able to forgive her sister for keeping proof of their father's innocence to herself? "Lauren knows she can't hold back if she wants to get Abi on side again," adds our Snitch. "If there's any hope of her securing her father's freedom, the girls are goiing to need each other more than ever." There's also the subject of Peter - who has once again failed to return to Walford with his girlfriend and son - that Lauren will have to address. It was he who told Lauren that Bobby was Lucy's killer - so did Lauren's visit to the police on her previous visit prompt the pair to break up? Or is Peter's own guilty conscience keeping him away from Watfold?

Stalker Andy sets his sights on Ronnie's sister...
Ronnie's stalker Andy makes his move this week - by trying to kiss her sister Roxy! Sparks fly between the pair as the mysterious builder continues to whom his way into Ronnie's life. But does Andy genuinely fancy Roxy - or is he using her to get to her sibling? "If Andy's done his research on Ronnie, he'll know that Roxy means the world to her," notes our Eastenders Source. "A way to get her attention would be through her sister. On the other hand, there are some moments when Andy comes across as a nice guy. If it wasn't for his secret file of newspaper articles on Ronnie, there would be no reason to suspect him of foul play as he pursues Roxy." True, Andy's been doing such a good job as the Square's new resident Mr Nice Guy that Jack and Ronnie havn't thought twice about letting him babysit their children and giving him keys to No. 27. That being said, they've been more than distracted recently by the return of Roxy, who is clearly up to her neck in all kinds of trouble. At the start of this week, it looks as if Roxy is struggling to go straight as she ropes Jay into a risky plan. However, when the apprehensive fella backs out of their deal, Roxy considers going it alone - until she spots Amy across the Square. In that moment, the mum must choose between her daughter Amy and the dark side , but will she make the right choice? It seems as if she does, after Roxy reports back to Jay and tells him that she wants to change her life for the better. But when she attempts to get in touch with Amy, the girl's protective dad Jack puts a stop to the pair having contact. Roxy's not prepared to give up so easily, though, and offers to help Donna expand her market stall. Meanwhile, tensions flare between Jack and Ronnie - with Ronnie livid that her fella refuses to let Roxy be a part of Amy's life. But will she still want to defend her sister after Roxy admits what she's been up to? "While Jack and Ronnie are deciding Roxy's fate, Andy sees an opportunity to get to know her better," reveals our Mole. "He's clearly taken a shine to Roxy, and asks her if she wants to join him for some food. And as the pair begin to bond over a supper of saveloy and chips, Andy takes the plunge and leans in for a smooch with her!" How will Roxy respond to his advances - and what are Andy's true intentions?
