What does your diet look like?

I try to stay consistent with what I eat. I tend to do at least two large meals a day plus a ton of snacking foods throughout the day.

I have been trying to drink 2 litres of water a day, which hasn't actually been as hard as I thought.

i have breakfast and dinner usually
breakfast is usually a bowl of cereal, piece of fruit and yoghurt

dinner is usually like a serving of veggies and meat and grains

usually snacking on fruit and/or junkfood few hrs after dinner

plus i only drink water, unless im out for some ocassion ill have some fizzy drinks

breakfast: cereal with milk and cuppa tea. if starting work before 9:30 it's a cereal bar and biscuits.
lunch: pasta or sandwich, chocolate and/or crisps.
tea: chicken, potato/chips, various veg. microwave meal if working later than 6.
snack: yoghurt/nuts/junk/fruit whatever is there really

I eat far too much but trying to eat a bit healthier lately!

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal or those belvita breakfast bar things
Work break: Packet of crisps & a choccy bar
Lunch: Ham roll & an apple
Work break: Crackers & an apple
Dinner: We normally have something that's relatively healthy. More often than not something involving potatos and meat
Snacks: Normally have some kind of biscuit or something when I get in the door from work but not much other than that

breakfast: nothing
lunch: sandwich and cold meat
tea: chicken with bbq sauce stuff and mash tatties
snack: cheddar biscuits

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: nothing proper, just snack til tea
Tea: usually pasta or a curry or something like thaaatt

then more snacks

breakfast: fruits and orange juice
dinner: usually a wrap with salad, quinoa, lentils and other mixed grains
tea: something with pasta, rice or salad. on occasions: veggie burgers!!!! chips!!! spring rolls!!!
snack: alpro yoghurt, fruit smoothies, bread rolls

only really drink water or orange juice

Lunch; crisps or sweets at work
dinner; something easy to throw in the oven like a pizza or chicken dippers or w/e
snacks; crisps, sweets.........

i'm not overweight either ok.

breakfast: weetbix and a drink (either juice or smoothie)
lunch: varies. Sometimes i won't have any or i'll have a roll or something
dinner: whatever is being cooked.

snacks: sweets and coffee

Tbh at school I usually have breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast: Yogurt with a piece of toast or protein bar. Usually a glass of milk or juice. Sometimes i'm naughty and have coffee ahha.

Dinner: Well. Whatever is being cooked or whatever I want to cook and veggies

I may have like a small salad or something if I am really hungry for like a lunch.

Snacks: If i'm hungry i'll grab a protein bar or some nuts/fruit. I don't get a lot of protein in my diet cuz i'm a vege but i try my best. Or some cottage cheese or something with protein or grain.


For summer:

I literally only eat dinner. That's the way it has been so far unfortunately. Havnen't been very considerate of my food choices ahha.

Once I wake up I eat a slice of cheese to balance out my blood sugar so that it has something to work on once I take my meds and then I have something for dinner.

I lit eat probs less than 800 cal a day and yet I am still super unhappy with my weight. What even. :/
