You definitely need some more forum categories/sections and get a proper URL.

I'd also suggest not to advertise your forum on habbo fansites as your website allows retro advertisements to be posted which is against the habbo way. I'd also suggest that you check stuff before you post, some parts have DevBest written (might be best to write your own and not copy from other developing forums); perhaps making the boards more clear too? Like "Habbo Retro Advertisements" and not just "Habbo Advertisements"

I'm confused what is the purpose of the forum there seems to be no direction just a few forums which aren't connected at all on a free domain with a name (Gambest) which also makes absolutely no sense.

Forums are dying nowadays anyway because of social media but without a focus you haven't got a chance of gaining members.
