I'd consider 'big' as probably example £100+

What was your most recent purchase for £100+?

Bills/mortgage/rent not included for those of us don't live with parents.

ok I know this isn't over £100 but I think this is still relevant and the biggest purchase I have ever made (i've spent more money than this but this is like WOW)

kk you all ready
I spent £54.95 on a PURSE two days ago. Y'know like a wallet but PURSE. Ok but saying that it's for my mum's birthday and my mum is a snob and she pointed out those purses like two months ago AND she gave me £100 for me to spend on her for her birthday lols so it wasn't actually my money and I never would have bought it I'd had to pay with my own money.

I thought it was gonna be like 35 when I walked into the shop though and so when she said 55 i was like !!!!!

Yeah my dad's in a home and we've had to cut off his credit/debit cards so she gives me money "from him" to spend on her bday. It's really awkward because we all pretend like he got the items and he wrapped them and paid for them when actually he never even remembered it was some1s birthday. But mum likes it and I get money so I'm not gonna say anything ;s

I was going to say MGS V but that wasn't quite £100. Probably my PS4? £300 + whatever on initial games.

To be fair I did offer her to do it like two weeks ago, I just didn't expect her to remember LOL so I thought I was safe... :(

It cost me at least £150 and that's excluding meals too eek.

My dad's taking us, so he said he probably won't accept money for diesel as my mum's coming for the drive so they're going to make a day of it. Accommodation was £102 for both then we'll have our own spending money for whatever. We haven't been yet, we go next Monday :D.

A $600 dress, but it was on special at $420. I don't have a special occasion for it it but it's good because it's formal enough for a formal event but quite casual too and you can wear it different ways. I saw someone on TV wear it and hunted it down haha

oh fair enough.. I'd be tempted to just drive down but will cost about same as train ride anyway.. then accom is a decent amount if you go someplace decent.
