In your current employment, or current school program, is this where you wanted to be a year ago, maybe even two?

If you're not currently where you want to be, what are you waiting for? What's stopping you from where you want to go?

Ummm yeah I'd say definitely looking back 2 or 3 years ago where I wanted to be then is where I am now.

But I'm not happy with where I am atm, 2/3 yr ago me has screwed present me over.

What's stopping me now from where I want to go from here is money and grades which I don't have. Mainly the money is the biggest issue

OT not overly but I'm not really sure where I want to be.

I think I am happy where I am at the moment on track to get my level 3 qualification in childcare meaning I can work with kids 0-8 years old.

well 2 yr ago i just wanted a job, that was my only goal! so yep. im happy with the position im in and the money i make as im young and only just started my career but if it doesn't change in a few years when i need more money for the things i want in life, then i'll probably be dissatisfied.

yes, the job I currently have was always my ideal job.

I would like a shit ton more money but that will come in time through experience as I started this job with 0 experience and currently have over a year and Microsoft certs achieved and working towards more certs.

Two years ago I worked in KFC, and I'm now in a management position for an international Aerospace manufacturer. I didn't expect it at all and couldn't be happier

4 years ago i left school with only 2 GCSEs and despite folk just telling me to do a btec i wanted to do my a levels (at the time i wanted to do biomedical science at uni and needed A level biology) and im now 2 exams away from finishing my a levels and on track to get the right grades to get into uni even if i did change my career plan. so it kinda of went to plan but was hoping to only take 1 extra year of a levels.

Yep! I'm pretty much exactly where I want to be. Ideally I'd have liked to get a job over summer whilst waiting to start my final year at uni but that isn't too important. I have a great group of friends and supportive family. Life is gooood

This 100%. Unemployment is so boring, I'm glad it's over and I'm in a job I enjoy but if I'm stuck in the same job in a couple of years, I'll be less satisfied with it. Set a date in your calendar for June 2018-2019 Jen so we can check where we're at lol

I'm quite happy with where I'm at - at the moment.

Not quite, but getting there! I decided to go for a big change a couple of years ago and go back into Education instead of working in retail forever. So I did an access course for a year and I've just completed my first year at University! Two more years then I can do postgraduate stuff and will be close to where I want to be! :D

Hmm yes and no. I wanted to persue my counselling degree but because of life happenings I decided to take a year out.

I'm currently doing an apprenticeship that I can finish in a year or two, so I'm where I want to be. Whether I want to stay on the tools or branch out doing something different when I finish I really don't know.
