Another one exits the stage following the referendum.

He's right to go, you leave the stage and end on a high: never stick around. The amazing thing about Farage is he's probably the most influential British politician of the last few decades and he's done it all without ever setting foot in the House of Commons. I can't think of a comparison.

Thanks for everything Nige xx Hope there's a knighthood or peerage coming his way soon for his services to the country.

Well makes sense since UKIP no longer has a point in existing. Won't be surprised to see him joining Conservative now that he's gonna be out of a job

Inseriousity.

So he makes millions of Britons lives worse, then runs away to avoid having to clear up the mess. Cheers Nigel.

I don't understand that point of view and it's been all over fb among the fauxcialists - he was never in power so what exactly is he running from?

Pro EU MEP running for UKIP leader. This could get very interesting...

lol I remember reading a poll that showed 4% of UKIP voters voted to Remain. I mean what the hell.
That's like 4% of BNP voters in favour of open borders

Am I glad I didn't renew my party membership (after 4/5 or so years) back in May this year.

Steven Woolfe MEP (below) is frontrunner and my personal choice but disgraceful behaviour by the NEC worthy of a banana republic.
