How often do you have a shower/bath?

Simple question really. How often do you have a shower or a bath? Hopefully we will have no stories about showering with their Dad this time!

i know people say you're not meant to and that you can shower every couple days etc but honestly if i don't shower at least once a day i feel gross, my hair feels gross, i like feeling CLEAN

I have a bath everyday usually when I wake up. If I have work on that day I have another bath when I get home. I prefer baths but sometimes have showers :)

:/ Alright I'll start the unhygienic (just to confirm it's not actually unhygienic) trend and hope someone else joins in. I shower normally every other day but sometimes a few days in a row if I need to and I wash my hair twice a week.

I don't fill the bath up all the way with bubbles and that. I do everything and get straight out, hate staying in there too long. Plus a bath is easier when i'm shaving my legs ect :P

um what!! You're never supposed to wash your actual privates jennifer!! it messes with the bacteria inside and you're at higher risk of infections :(

and yes I'm not actually that lucky and I do use antiperspirant everyday cos of work but it works very well.

i don't use soap i just use water but u can get perfume less soaps etc

I'm really bad with bathwater tho cos our bath loses heat rlly fast I constantly have the hot tap on and take the plug out every now and then so it doesn't overflow. But the tap doesn't get turned off til I'm out oops

This is true though you should only really use water on your actual private parts. I use Femfresh Daily Intimate Wash though as it maintains the pH-balance & feels extra clean :)

i done that when i was young i've had the plug on a tilt so it was like up a bit so if i have hot water on and plug at a tilt it would never go up or down n stay perfect temp

I shower everyday, once in the morning before i go to school or work, and at night when i come back.
I NEED TO FEEL REFRESHED even though the soap is drying out my skin sometimes so i use a body scrub that moisturizes

I don't shower Monday cos I had a shower Sunday night, and then don't really need to on Tuesday. I'm at work, don't really get sweaty, just wash my hair gel out in the mornings and put deodrant on and im good to go. So unless washing ur hair everyday counts as a shower then...

Wednesday I shower usually before hockey training, or after, and then on Thursday morning if I didn't shower after training.

Fridays only if I'm off out. and Saturday and Sunday I get a shower in the mornings to freshen up and feel good for the day ahead

I think that's quite good and am always clean and dont smell (i think)

I'll bath if I want to soak my muscles or just chill in the warmth

cos we moved in and we had a jacuzzi instead so our bath is awkwardly positioned (taps aren't near the wall)
we did originally look into getting one done but it'd cost money which our landlord wouldn't pay for so we just suffer :(
