Ear Ache

Ever since I was little I get chronic ear ache every single time I get the slightest case of the sniffles. Anyone else get ear ache and have any suggestions? :(

My ear ache only come when there is a lot of air pressure. Then my ears become really painful idk whether that's ear ache too,
i just let warm water flow through and it is less painful

tooth and ear ache are the same I think

best thing to do might be to just massage it maybe??? it might have some pressure that needs massaging out or maybe you can go to the pharmacist and they'll have something for you

Yes I was always getting ear infections as a child. I had one last year as well where I went almost completely deaf and my whole face swelled up it was terrifying. My mum called 111 and they said oh it's probs an inner or middle ear infection go to the overnight drs but also keep an eye in case u get a rash cos it might actually be meningitis and mum and I were like wtf!

But ye my main advice is try to keep the temperature around it roughly the same so like if it's cold outside wear earmuffs so they don't suddenly get a rush of warm when u go inside AND don't wear headphones particularly earbuds.

i get ear infections like every few months, apparently i'm just "prone" to them according to my gp

Ye I always get terrible ear ache when my ears get cold. I also get quite a few ear infections which is probs my dad's fault cos he gets the same thing.
A really hot and steamy bath usually does the trick
