Many of you guys are still in school, many of you guys are also in the working life already.

How do you find what you're doing now?
If you're currently a working adult, what are you working as?
Do you enjoy your current job?
If you're currently studying, are you working part time too?
What are you studying to become?
Which industry are you studying to work in after you graduate?

I'm currently working part time as an online shopper in a hypermart. Basically shop for the orders that come in,
so we take everything from biscuits to detergent to the fresh ingredients to fish to everything! Will be doing
that for a couple more months, and i will go back to school to get my diploma. I'd like to do journalism in the future
but with my GCE O' Levels score, the courses available are limited for me and journalism is not one of the options
i have so i will be looking at either business or engineering. I used to study architecture but after that, after 3 years
i could not see myself doing good in the industry so i made the decision to quit. People call me stupid but i can't
force myself to do what i don't see a good career in the future. So i shall get my diploma first before
deciding what to do :) At least i have a diploma then.

How about you?

I'm doing a weird selection of A levels but I want to become a primary teacher! I'd also really love a part time job but nowhere is hiring right now :(

I work at Marks & Spencer in the Lingerie Department.
I've worked there before and really liked it so applied again.
The only downside is they hardly take on permanent staff, fingers crossed :(

Atm I've just done retail, my current job is Greggs

In the future I want to either apply for air traffic control, go on a graduate scheme with an airline/airport and work my way up to the very top, or create my own airline lol how ambitious ;)

I work in the IT industry and yeah I guess I like my job at the moment. The place I work at his quite laid back and I do have that "freedom". The people are quite nice as well to be fair and look out for you.

Although, If I had the money, the brain and I knew I would have a job at the end of it. I would love to be an Airliner pilot.

woo can finally post here not unemployed anymore

I do support work I love it I know a lot of people find it difficult/hard work but I find it quite easy/fun
kinda hope to get into social work or research positions in future and I think its a good job to be in because a lot of those jobs require a year experience with people so yea..
I kinda want to get a masters in social work or more psychology in future but that all depends on money and life situation
if it doesn't happen then its fine there are lots of opportunities I can go from here and lots of different levels so I can get promoted and promoted

I'm still currently studying ATM, but in my final year so will be moving on soon :) I do currently work part-time (full time during summer) in a shop where I'm a Customer Team Member. As I only work one day a week now I'm just on the till every week and I try pop about and clean around. It's an alright job now that I've basically stood up for myself and I like all the lovely people, the pay is alright and we get lots of benefits :) I wouldn't mind working there for a bit after I finish my degree, provided I can get full time again but seeming slim at the moment. Afterwards, I'd like to look for something related to my degree but not sure what yet :)

How do you find what you're doing now? I am actually enjoying my job nowadays, moving on up helps.
If you're currently a working adult, what are you working as? Senior Systems Engineer (IT Industry) for a Service Provider

I did study for IT but I have found it basically pointless as its only valid for a year or so, unless your into programming or something.

2 years ago I had my heart set on working in a spa/beauty salon but after I finished my training at college my mind changed. I just prefer to do that on the side & when I get my own place I can hopefully have a little set up at home:) I don't mind working in retail so yeah I will probably try work my way up. A job is a job at the end of the day and I enjoy it :)

Currently studying dual qualifying law with a part time job working in retail also. No immediate plan to go into a particular career or industry yet, I want to continue my studies at masters level in Cyber Law. Will work part time to fund it and see what happens when I finish.

Im currently in uni doing a foundation degree in maths and engineering because while applying for uni i decided i was going change my career plan from biomedical science to aircraft engineering. im not sure what im doing next i dont think i want to stay at this uni to do aerospace engineering because its not really aimed at what i want as a career so im now hoping i can get into south wales to study aircraft maintenance which is just perfect ( i mean thats what i want to do)

hopefully that goes to plan and in a few years time (maybe many years...) ill be an aircraft maintenance engineer. But then i was looking into how you get into being pilot and thought maybe i could do that? i love flying but idk if id be capable of it so maybe ill think just making sure the planes working and doesnt come falling out the sky (also a positive if your plane doesn't crash)
