The Missing - Series 2 has just started on BBC. Did anyone watch Series 1? I don't think you will need to see Series 1 to be able to watch number 2 as it is a different case altogether.

I'll watch it tonight! I'm so sad it's not carrying on with Jimmy nesbitt and the s1 storyline. They ended on a cliffhanger :/

I haven't seen the first series but saw what matt said about it being a different case so I thought I'd give it a go. To be honest I thought the whole episode was a little bit boring and was just about to give up but then that sentence right at the end said by that French guy suddenly made me go :OOOOO and I'm hooked so I'll watch the next one now lol I'm such a sucker :(

You deffo have to pay attention with it with all the different timelines and two missing people but the ending deffo set it up as promising. The first series I felt sick to my stomach, they really captured what it would be like for a parent to lose their child.

I know right, couldn't believe what happened. Now we know the 3 men involved? The old guy who is ill with dementia, henry reid and now the press officer person for the army. Well he's probably not that now but yeah
