sticking tongues out on photographs

noticed this

a lot of lads, mainly those from yorkshire/north east england seem to think sticking their tongue out in a picture is somehow attractive or. well. i don't actually get it. my uni mates mate (who was fit) used to do it on his pics and it'd ruin a pic

anyone else noticed this or even do it and can they explain WHY like i've never seen it among my scouse/london mates

It's a bit like when people wear speedos but they don't actually look hot in them. Leave that to people who do for example: Tom Daley.

But back to the thread topic, don't have a problem with it. Plus, it happens all over the UK and the world. Shocking I know :O

It's only like when where people put their hands over their mouth/nose like they have hay fever. Doesn't really bother me, it just looks odd in a picture sometimes :P.

yeah that used to get on my nerves too but you don't see that much anymore

i saw something a while ago about the duck faces/hand over face/tongues which said in the future people will be looking at their grandparents photos and asking nan whats up with you in this pic

I'm from North East of England and never seen anyone do this lol. It was more the duck pout that used to be the trend here (it seems to have died out now that people take the piss out of it). My sister who takes about 100 selfies a day asked me to take a photo for her yesterday. Her pose was looking down at the floor and I was like "what are you doing?" so perhaps that's gonna be a new thing. *thoughtful pose looking at the floor*

If someone's good looking, I don't think them sticking their tongue out is gonna make them any less attractive. :P
