does anyone go to see plays, musicals or theatre of any kind?
i've noticed it's something lads tend to do when they get girlfriends lmao. two of my mates who are in long term relationships go now and again. tbh though i want to go, i like musicals esp from youtube and think it's fun. remember that daniel radcliffe's brotherhood of man one on Broadway? looked absolutely great
so yeah last time i went was to christmas pantomime like three years ago with family. was good like but not proper

Musicals yes! Although it's quite rare and I would love to go see more! Unfortunately I don't know many people who like going, so for instance we have mamma mia on in Cardiff at the moment but I can't go, and we have Rocky Horror on next month too and I want to go see that but don't know anyone to go with :(

I don't personally go out of my way and watch such things. But I often get asked If I want to see "name of a show here" with two/three other people and normally would go to them.
The last thing I went to see was a musical which was The Book of Mormon in London at the Prince of Wales theatre.
I would love to go and see Les Misérables though.
always wanted to go see a musical but i don't really have any friends who are into that sort of thing so have never gone

Did you enjoy The Book or Mormon? :D Me and Despect went to see that at the Prince of Wales too either last year or the year before (I can't remember omg) :D Was really funny! :D I still have the soundtrack in my car haha! I really want to see Les Mis too! I love the music and the film and have watched old versions of the musical online, but have never actually been to the musical myself yet!

You know what my memory is like omg, plus we've done other stuff since then haha! I would not have said maybe though omg, I would have said HELLL YAHH. We should definitely go see one anyway omg! They have them in Cardiff all the time if London is too far to go xD
Who needs musicals anyway when you have your own front row seat at a stage production of Shoned setting of fire alarms in Wetherspoons anyway! ;)
that never happened it's a lie

I love musicals, I've seen a fair few. Not really into opera or even plays though. I like the music.
Hella into the Hamilton soundtrack at the moment, so I'm hoping to see that when it opens in London next year

I took playwriting for a term or two at university and went to see a couple of plays. I enjoyed them all, but for some reason I have no desire to go out of my way to see another. I've been to the Finborough theatre, the Hampstead theatre and a few others. They were all rather pleasant. I remember having to see this play that was recommended for the course (I think it was called 13). It was at the Royal National Theatre and I paid like £20 for a ticket, then I forgot all about it. I realised the day after I had missed the play, so I bought another ticket and remembered to go, but ended up leaving during the intermission because I thought it had ended. That £40 for half a play lingers on in my mind.
