Sooooooooo, it's edging ever closer to the day itself that Santa knows if we're sleeping or not, he knows if we've been bad or good but most weird of all... He knows where we live?!?!?!?! (Weird right)

It seems that Christmas is getting earlier and earlier every year which means people have already got decorations up and listening to Christmas songs.

So when do you start listening to Christmas music and start getting in the Christmas mood? Middle of the year? Start of December etc?

I think it's fine in the middle of November till the end of December, but what do you think?

I'm going to have to listen to them tomorrow night as my band is starting to rehearse Christmas music! :P

As for listening at home, I would say mid November onwards :D

Apparently, where I work it's acceptable as soon as November 1st shows up ( INCLUDING DECORATIONS >:( )

December, I find it utterly ridiculous when people start putting their decorations etc up at this time. Do people not have better things to be doing? I find even 1st of Dec too early, our tree isn't going up until at least the 15th

Why? Surely you can do it earlier? Light switch ons are in November so why not then?

So you can honestly say you've never listened to it before then? :D

That's my point, some places say not till the traditional 12 days before Christmas. So it's getting earlier and earlier every year!

Christmas day :)

I don't see the hype of Christmas music. Maybe because I associate it with a cold Christmas and I don't get that anymore. I remember when I worked in retail the centre would start playing it in like October and it drove me insane.
