We want to increase productivity in our organization but how do we make it possible? What is the best way to control our
energy expense, asset and system error before they become a more serious problem? I need your opinion about maximizing efficiency too.

No, technology used correctly maximizes efficiency and effectiveness. Even then not 100% guaranteed.

When it comes to energy saving, energy management is the answer. it is the process of monitoring, controlling, and conserving energy in a building or organization. if you want more info, read this: http://www.energylens.com/articles/energy-management
